Choosing a chest of drawers

Deeper drawers suit jumpers and bulkier clothing; shallower top drawers are more useful for smaller items. Measure the drawer extension as well as the cabinet depth - you need clearance in front to open drawers fully. In a smaller bedroom, a taller narrow chest uses vertical space better than a wide low one.
